The library will celebrate comics, graphic novels, films, games, science fiction and fantasy literature through the day.
Plans include drawing classes, panel discussions, displays, superhero films, various artists showing off their work, and book discussions.
The event runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and is part of the library's summer theme of “Every Hero Has a Story.”
